Complete and submit this form to obtain myFleet activation.
Process:
1) Complete the details on this form and click 'Submit'.
Note: Use the 'Preferred Dealer' field to enter your Toyota Dealership
You will receive an email from Toyota within 24 hours acknowledging your myFleet activation
2) Contact your Delegated Administrator to obtain appropriate myFleet user roles (these will depend on your role at your dealership)
Note: As the Delegated Administrator is responsible for all Dealership user access to Toyota systems it is no longer a requirement for Dealer Principal approval on this form.
3) Access myFleet via logging into Toyota SOURCE and clicking on the myFleet link
